This Book of Resolutions is established in accordance with Paragraph L.18 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements of Plantation Harbor, and Article XIII of this Association’s By-Laws. The Resolutions contained herein have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Association, and shall remain in effect until superseded or rescinded by action of the Board of Directors.
