Property Owners' Association
The Plantation Harbor Property Owners’ Association is chartered under the State of North Carolina. Our monthly PHPOA dues, which are tied to the Consumer Price Index, currently stands at $125.00. This monthly fee includes community sewer fees – public or private water is not included.
Official copies of Plantation Harbor's corporate documents (Articles of Incorporation, Deed, Bylaws, and Covenants and Restrictions) are recorded in Craven County’s Registry of Deeds.
