Savannah Court is a unique area within Plantation Harbor. It consists of ten lots, all of which are on the golf and/or water and they range in size from .6 to 4.5 ac. Lots within Savannah include the inititiation fee for a lifetime family membership in The Links Golf Course for the initial purchaser. |

| The first unique feature of Savannah Court is its location. The lots are on the golf course side of an isolated cul-de-sac. On one side of Savannah Court is The Links Golf Course, another side borders on the marshes and waters of Blue Billy Creek, the third side is an area of community property and a small tributary to Blue Billy Creek, and the fourth side is Antebellum Drive, the entrance road into Plantation Harbor. The strip of community property across the street from the lots will remain in its natural state and serves as a buffer separating Savannah Court from the rest of Plantation Harbor. While Savannah Court is in its own little world, it is only a hundred yards from the Community Clubhouse complex (clubhouse,swimming, tennis, etc). | |

The second unique feature of Savannah is the lots themselves. Lots 117 through 125 are on the golf course and offer magnificent views overlooking the 15th hole. Lots 123 through 125 are up by the 15th tee thus sheltered from most wayward drives while overlook the 14th and 15th holes and the lake between them. Lots 125 and 126 are large 4+ acre lots on the marsh and waters of BlueBilly Creek as it enters Clubfoot Creek. At this point, Blue Billy Creek is over a hundred and fifty feet in width, and at its juncture with Clubfoot Creek, the water is about 2000' to the far side of Clubfoot Creek. While all of the lots offer beautiful views, lot 125, with 4+ ac on the golf course and hundreds of feet on the water, is truly unique. On lot 125 you can watch the golfers on the 15th tee and fairway, watch the deer down in your pine woods, watch the heron in the marsh, look over your dock to the intersection of Blue Billy and Clubfoot Creeks, and enjoy the tranquility of 4+ acres on the end of a cul-de-sac. |

| In addition to the Plantation Harbor amenities, this neighborhood has a small picnic area/rest stop overlooking the marsh adjacent to its unnamed tributary of Blue Billy Creek. The road is in place and the lots are thinned and some are bush-hogged for easy viewing. The septic system and all underground utilities are in place.
