Official copies of the first four documents are recorded in Craven County's Register of Deeds. Copies of documents governing our community can be reached using the following links:
  1. Articles of Incorporation establishes the corporation in North Carolina.
  2. Deed defines the properties within the community, some of the land set aside for community use, and obligations of the developers and Homeowners Association.
  3. Bylaws define our governing structure.
  4. Covenants and Restrictions identifies the rules and "zoning". It authorizes and gives the Architectural Control Committee oversight over all development within the community.
  5. Architectural Control Guildelines are used in the approval and oversight of individual development. They incorporate and augment the rules laid out in the prior documents.
  6. Book of Resolutions is used for the administration and day-to-day functioning of the community.

In addition, a page is provded showing the taxes and fees within the community and another with a list of our current Directors, Officers and Committee Members.
