Information contained on this page is provided free of charge on behalf of the Plantation Harbor Property Owners Association to assist members and realtors in maintaining an accurate portrayal of residential listings and lots available for sale in the community.  Unless specifically stated, listings are for land only.

As part of the real estate sale process in NC, Sellers are required to disclose information about services and amenities paid for by the Owners' Association from monthly dues/assessment.  The following is provided to assist Sellers and Real Estate Brokers in that process. 

Included in the $89 monthly dues:

(1) Maintenance of all roads within the community.  Approximately 3 miles.
(2) Mowing and landscaping of all community common areas as ell as roadsides and firelanes
(3) Maintenance and care of all PHPOA physical property to include the gatehouse and gates, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, dock and launching ramp, park, walking trail and secure boat/trailer storage area.
(4) All maintenance and contract operation of the sewer system to ensure strict compliance with state and local requirements.  This is a secondary system that comprises community-wide sewer lines to each lot, associated retention ponds and pumping facilities and a 41-acre effluent spray field.
(5) All community property utilities, street lights, etc.
(6) All community administrtive costs to include county, state and federal taxes, accounting and bookkeeping services as well as casualty and liability insurance on the corporation property and its officers.

Restrictive convenants apply.

At present, there are no fees for special assessments being collected.
County, General & Fire tax rate is:  $0.6170 per $100; no city taxes for Plantation Harbor
